"Deeper And Deeper" alcanzó el puesto #1 en Canadá y en el Billboard Hot Dance.

La canción fue escrita por Madonna, Shep Pettibone y Anthony Shimkin, producida por Madonna y Shep Pettibone y publicada por Maverick, Sire Records y Warner Bros.

Los remixes para el sencillo estuvieron a cargo de Shep Pettibone y David Morales quien no ha vuelto a trabajar con Madonna desde entonces, se varios remixes de los cuales algunos son buenos y todos son bailables al igual que la canción.
